Very nice staff

We were interested in a second opinion after receiving a prescription for our son following his first eye examination. Based on the reviews we saw online that mentioned their great work with kids, we decided to book an appointment with Opsis Eye Care, and we are very glad we did. Dr. Chan was excellent with our son. Very patient and engaging. Encouraged him as he navigated through the tests and made him feel very comfortable in the new environment. The results and responses we received matched our expectations, but more so, we appreciated the clarity offered as that was part of the reason we wanted a second opinion. We were at ease with Dr Chan and felt we could trust Dr Chan with our sons eyecare. Both the location and staff at Opsis are excellent. The front desk was welcoming, personable, and accommodating. They were also excellent with our son, engaging and entertaining him. As this was our second examination, the charges would be out of pocket. I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were regarding the charges. They made a conscious effort to ensure we were aware and comfortable with the charges ahead of the examination. We were also informed of what was and was not covered by our benefits and guided through the options and pricing for lenses. Not once did we feel pressured or upsold, which unfortunately is the case at other practices we've been to. A follow-up appointment was also scheduled in the interest of monitoring our sons development, which felt professional and indicated a clear interest in his eyecare. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. Our son is excited about receiving his first pair of glasses, and we are very much looking forward to returning for our continued care at Opsis.

Dr. Nhan is an excellent and patient eye doctor. She is very professional and thorough in every eye exam, taking the time to educate kids on proper eye care and protection. Her staff is also well-trained and friendly, making each visit a smooth and pleasant experience. I have recommended many friends to see Dr. Nhan for their children's eye exams and Ortho-K lenses, and they have all had great experiences.
