very good service and staff friendly

Dr. Jessica Nhan has been my go-to optometrist for several years. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends! The care is professional and compassionate, and her staff is also amazing. This clinic is very accommodating with short wait times, easy online booking, and great accessibility.

Friendly staff and Dr. Nhan was awesome! For my eye exam appointment there was a short wait time (about 5 min.) before I was called in to get my eyes examined. Dr. Nhan explained everything clearly during the exam and I didn't feel rushed during the whole eye exam. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. :)

Have been seeing Dr. Nhan even before this location opened. She is always very thorough with my examination and explained my condition in a calm yet professional manner. Recently, I brought my baby in for a check up and she handled my baby really well. Now my whole family goes to this clinic. The front staff is nice and seemed organized. I lost my prescription on one occasion and they were able to retrieve it quickly and send it to me by email. Excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at Opsis. Dr. Nhan was helpful and knowledgeable. She was thorough with my examination and very patient when answering my questions. They carry a great selection of glasses and the staff was very friendly during the selection process. Will definitely visit them again!

Dr. Nhan is very patient and attentive to her patients. I have really dry eyes and she made sure I came back for additional visits to ensure the issues were resolved. The staff are also very professional and knowledgeable; definitely the best optometry clinic I've been to.

Dr. Nhan is very knowledgeable and responsible. I really like how on top of all the standard practice on checking my eyes, she also went through the all the preventative measures I could take to keep my eyes healthy and my conditions from progressing. This is an important aspect that we tend to miss out on from days to days, yet something very simple to do than tracing and treating a condition after it has happened. She explained things really well and is very encouraging. If you need eyeglasses, Samantha from the front desk knows a lot on different types of frames and lenses that are both comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend the professional and knowledgeable team from Opsis Eye Care to everyone, as I have to all my families and friends.
