Very quick and accommodating with last minute bookings. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I visited Opsis for my 4 yr old son. The best part is they are open 7 days a week and there is zero waiting time if you book an appointment. The staff and Dr. Daniel were very helpful. Satisfying visit overall

Dr. Michelle Yip is the best! She is very thorough with her eye exam. She also provided me useful and practical health teachings to help me improve my dry eyes, my understanding about astigmatism, and the general condition of my eyes. She is also very kind. I definitely recommend her.

The doctor is very precise with how she explains the condition of your eyes.

I didn’t actually experience their eye care service, service maybe would’ve been fine. But I went for an eye appointment because I have chalazion and stye for months now and my eye ball has been dry and painful in certain areas, creating discomfort. The clinic wasn’t able to answer my questions about health care fully and also the front desk lady especially had a poor attitude despite her own lack of knowledge which made me angry. It’s fine if my services incur costs but rather than saying I don’t know to everything isn’t it better to help the patient find a solution? I personally don’t think they deserve the 4.8 rating, at least quality of front desk service.

DR. Nhan is my go to optometrist. She is very thorough and is knowledgeable when approached w questions. Convenient location. I asked for a recommendation in regards to getting new Sunglasses for fishing. She recommended Maui Jim sunglasses and the vision is great with them especially for fishing and now I end up using them for everyday purposes. :)

Opsis is the best optometrist's office I've ever dealt with! Dr.Yip and the reception staff are always patient, friendly, and clear about each step of my appointments.

I enjoyed my eye check up while at Opsis. The facility is new and the staff are great to deal with. I received great care and very good eye health and eyeglass fit advice. Jessica and Cindy were extremely friendly and helpful. They thoroughly explained every step of the procedure for my husband and me. We would definitely come back again.

Great experience. The lady at the reception, Cindy was very helpful regarding my insurance policy and explaining me the options. Dr. Daniel is very patient and polite and does his job very nicely. I got my eyes examined on a Saturday evening so it was nice and convenient :)

Jessica was very personal-able and walked me through all of my options as a customer as well as an individual. Her and Emily were able to squeeze me in after a glitch in the system showed I didn't have an appointment and they did not make it a big issue. I felt valued and got in and out within 30 mins which is generally really hard given the circumstances I was in. Would highly recommend!
