Mask/Face Covering
Required for anyone entering the Eye Clinic.
Appointment Only
We will not be seeing walk-ins. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Protective Supplies
Staff and doctors will be provided with masks, gloves, and safety goggles.
Front Door Locked
Please make sure you have an appointment and call us to enter.
Enhanced Cleaning
We will be disinfecting all equipment and surfaces after every patient and before the next.
Screening
We will be screening patients on the phone and in person. Please stay home if you are sick or not feeling well.
Hand Sanitizing
Required upon entry. Hand washing and sanitizer stations throughout the Eye Clinic.
Reading Materials
Removed from reception area and contact lens area.
Protective Shields
Installed at reception, slit lamp, phorptor, and pupilometer.
Pens
Used pens will be cleaned at the end of the day.
Physical Distancing
Space set up to maintain a 2m distance between patients.
Receipts and Prescriptions
Will be emailed to you.
Limited Capacity
Please come alone if possible. Only 1 support person in the exam room if needed.
Glasses Dispensing
We will be offering white glove service to avoid patients handling the frames.
