Such a great, supportive, and understanding team at Opsis! I definitely recommend them for anything related to glasses or contacts.

My daughter and I both had our annual eye check-up in the past month. I can say that everything from booking the appointment, checking in for the appointment and the actual appointment itself was done with meticulous care. I can tell Dr. Nhan genuinely cares for her patients. She was very patient in answering all I wanted to know about my eyes and those of my daughters and gave excellent advice. She was really kind to my daughter and was very skilled in getting her to stay still for her check-up, so there's also that - good with kids! I will be going to Dr. Nhan and recommending all my family and friends for their future eyecare needs. Keep up the great work, Opsis team!

Had my eye exam here back in May 2021 with Dr. Michelle Yip. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen after registration+Covid screening. Dr. Yip explained the process and the results clearly and answered my questions with no issues. The entire time, I felt safe as the equipment and rooms were clean. Free parking on the surface and underground. It was very easy to find the office. I'm happy I made the switch from my old optometrist to Opsis, as their hours of operation fit better to my work schedule.

Receptionist was very friendly and Dr. Nhan was very thorough and professional in her examination and explanations. I had a cyst drained and it was quick and painless Highly recommend!

My mom LOVES Dr. Yip. LOVES her. Today was her first time at Opsis (her eye doctor just retired) and she was quite nervous, especially with covid these days. But Dr. Yip was super thorough and patient. My mom felt really cared for. The office’s assistant was really kind and accommodating too. The whole experience was great. Great experience! I switched from my old optometrist to Opsis as they were more conveniently located for me, and I had an excellent visit. Dr. Michelle Yip was thorough and explained everything clearly. Each step of the comprehensive exam sh explained they why behind what she was doing. Receptionists were very friendly also and made you feel like a welcomed and valued customer. I will definitely recommend the rest of my family to see Dr. Yip.
