Staff was very friendly and patiently provides safety procedures ( wipe the equipment and seats for you before letting you use it). Clear guidelines and service was excellent!

I'd been a patient of Dr. Nhan since the opening of Opsis. My appointment is always on time and front desk staff always calls a day or two in advance to confirm my appointment. The office itself is very bright and clean. Dr. Nhan is very detailed with her examination and takes the time to explain her findings from the assessment. I also brought my 1 year old to have his eyes checked. She was very patient with my active toddler and had her ways to get him to "cooperate".

Dr. Ngan is very professional and she is very precise and detail. She treats her patients with lots of care. Love her ! Update I recently bought my mother in law (mid 70s) to see Dr. Nhan for the first time in the middle of a pandemic since she claimed that her eyes not seeing so well, she was very nervous prior to the appt. The staff and Dr. Nhan were very caring and my MIL was well taken care of and they made her felt safe with their procedures, she told me she had a good experience and Dr. Nhan explained with lots of patience and made sure she understood every details.

Great people and fantastic service! Appointment was prompt, doctors are knowledgeable, and communication was smooth! With the prescription, I bought glasses online since it was cheaper but over the course a month after receiving them, I had problems with eye strain and nausea. After not being able to resolve it with the retailer, I went back to Opsis for a re-test at no extra charge and Cindy was very helpful in helping me with my problem and now with my new lenses, I can see much better.

Dr. Nhan is very nice and professional, she gave me a great recommendation for LASIK eye surgery, explained the detailed process and she took care of me after the surgery as well. Will definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

This is my 3rd year getting my eye exams done at Dr Nhan. She is professional and well experienced from eye examination to glasses and lenses consultation. Highly recommended their service. They are also covid comply ensuring the place is cleaned after each customer. The glasses frames that you try on are sterilized before putting back on the shelves as well. I felt safe to bring my toddler in.

I would highly recommend this place for eye care. Dr. Jessica Nhan is very professional and dedicated to address my concerns. Not once did I feel unsafe going there during this pandemic seeing as they took extra precautions to keep our risk to a minimum. Overall, pretty satisfied with my care and I'd trust her to look after my vision.
