Through a comprehensive eye exam, our optometrists will be able to detect eye problems, such as blurred vision, dry eyes, eyestrain, and infections, as well as screen for eye diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and cataracts. We will also be able to detect and manage eye problems associated with systemic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and arthritis.

Our typical eye exam ranges from 30-45 minutes. For complete eye health care, please bring your health card (as OHIP covers annual eye exams for patients diagnosed with diabetes or have major eye problems), the current eye glasses you wear, your contact lenses information and a list of your medications. If you are under a health plan that has vision coverage, please bring your insurance card and ask us about insurance direct billing.
