Really enjoying the cheerful professionalism, insight (no pun intended) and recommendations of Dr. Qiao and staff.

Found this place off of google as it was the highest rated/reviewed optometrist in DTM and it did not disappoint. Dr. Michelle Yip was very professional and knowledgeable as we discussed what my concerns were and how I could improve. The eye exam has an additional option for photos to be taken which was definitely interesting (make sure your insurance covers/receptionist will help you figure it out). The receptionist was also superb! Super friendly, welcoming and makes everything more convenient.

Dr. Yip was great. She took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend.

It was my first time going to a new optometrist and i was very pleased with the organization and streamlined process they’ve created. The whole staff is very friendly and Dr. Nhan took the time to explain and answer all my questions.

Dr. Michelle Yip was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and taken the extra time to walk the client through the eye exam. The office was bright and clean. The receptionist greets you with a warm welcome. There is a section of frames to choose from, not many, but most come here for the eye exam so not a big deal. Definitely recommend Dr. Michelle Yip and will be coming back.

Found Opsis as it was one of the top, if not THE top rated in Markham. I understand exactly why it was the top rated after my experience there. Dr. Jessica Nhan knows exactly what she's doing and goes the extra mile, as does her staff. A friendly face at the front desk definitely helps too. Found exactly what I needed in store and followed up to make sure of it. 5 stars!

What a refreshing experience compared to your typical half hour to one hour waiting room experience at other places. The moment I entered I was greeted by the their super friendly staff. I was taken in right away for my initial exam before seeing Dr. Nhan within a short period of time afterwards. Dr. Nhan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and a BIG thank you to everyone there!

Nice service. Professional. Place is tidy and clean. Dr. Khan made sure I understand what's going on with my eyes.
