I see why this place gets such a high rating. Everyone at this location is incredibly nice. Dr. Jin took the time to show and explain things to me. She also had me test out my prescription before I left. Which really helped me feel confident that things were done right. I look forward to being a regular patient here.

I had a lovely experience at Opsis Eye Care, and I’m so glad I decided to visit! I first called in because there was a painful, stinging, gritty feeling in my eye that really worried me as a contact lens wearer; and was never resolved with my previous doctor. This feeling would come and go, and I cannot express enough how frustrated I was to be told “your eye is just fine, the contact lenses are fine” at my previous clinic. While it may sound funny that I would be upset at good news , I was annoyed that I never got to the bottom of my concerns. The receptionist, Cindy, was very understanding, patient, and booked me in for the soonest appointment to see Dr. Jin. She was also welcoming and thorough when helping me at the front. Dr. Jin is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She made the experience very comfortable and reassuring. She carefully examined my eyes in ways that weren’t done previously, and finally resolved my longtime concern. What I appreciate is that not only does she focus on the facts and numbers, she also values the patient’s actual feelings and sensations - without any invalidation. It isn’t simply just about my eye health (as it was always fine), it’s also about specifically how MY eyes feel with MY contacts. Ever since I followed her advice, wearing contacts didn’t feel gritty or painful again. Thank you Opsis for your top-notch care, and for finally reassuring me that I can still wear contacts after all!

It was my little one's first eye exam, and Dr. Jin was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. The receptionists were warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which immediately put us at ease. The clinic itself is new and clean. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families with young children.

It was our 1st visit, where we needed the 2nd professional opinion and also getting the prices for the difference options for my son since it would be his 1st eye prescription where he needs eye glasses or other options. The crew at the front desk is very knowledgeable and open to share their experience. While looking young, Dr. Chan is professional, helpful and experienced. Most importantly, she was willingly spending the time providing her consultation in addition to the eye exam for my son. The prices for the different options are reasonable. We got the referral from one of his friends' parents and will definitely refer to our friends.
